This year’s conference theme “Translations” will focus on design’s ability to universally communicate with the world around us. Design Nation 2025 looks to highlight how design transcends language to convey a message and bleeds into our everyday processes and ways of thinking, rather than simply being a decoration on top of functionality. “Translations” also encompasses the design process from vision to execution, the synergy of designers collaborating together, and the way that design interacts with other industries to produce a compelling product that is greater than the separate parts. We want our attendees to know that their passion for design – in whatever form – is valuable, and we can’t wait to explore your passions this April.
